1. Good communication skills, Analytical skills and must be confident.
2. IT softwares and hardware support like printers, computers , switches.
Installation and configuration of software, windows etc.
3. Troubleshooting of network related issues IPV4, LAN,WAN.
4. Configure and install various network devices and ( Switches and access points ).
