minimum bachelors (CS/Telecom/Electrical/software engineering etc.)
Masters is a plus
PMP certification is a plus
Skills:
Knowledge of charging and billing platforms.
Understanding of wireless and landline IT networks
Knowledge of business support system (BSS) workflows
Strong grip on documentation RFP, RFI, SOW etc.
Stakeholder management
Team work
Communication and Presentation skills
