Role summary:
First line support for all desktop and laptop users.
Hardware, software troubleshooting and product support for laser printers and cardprinters.
Provide remote support to branch offices.
Preventive maintenance of IT assets.
Maintain inventory and helpdesk logs.
Vendor coordination.
Good communication skills
