Network and Systems Support Engineer Required:
• Bachelors Degree in IT/Computers or Telecommunication with CCNA and MCSA certification and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, including routing, switching, and common network protocols.
• Hands-On experience of Cisco / Juniper Firewalls, Routers & Switches, VPN Concepts and Technologies.
• Administration of Asterisk & VoIP Solutions
• Administration of DNS server, DHCP Servers, NAS Storage, Active Directory & Group Policies etc.
• Administration of Email Server and Proxy Server.
• Administration and maintenance of LAN, WAN, WiFi and VPN networks.
• Support end-users with IT-related problems.
• Assist with the troubleshooting, installation,and implementation of systems, servers and network devices in the environment.
• Maintain and monitor all network and computer systems to meet the organization's current and future requirements
• Maintain Backup schedule and monitor systems health and Backup process.
• Knowledge of Linux and VM will be a Plus
